Where Care First Took Root
My relationship with essential oils began long before this brand had a name. My mother had carried digestive challenges for years, and when my sister introduced essential oils into her daily rhythm, something shifted. Her body softened. The tension she had normalized began to ease.
That moment taught me a quiet truth: the senses can reach places the mind and medicine sometimes cannot.
Curiosity Became Craft
What began as an interest quickly became a practice. I blended, studied, and tested following the pathways of the nervous system, the behavior of fascia, and the chemistry of botanicals.
Over time, I layered formal aromatherapy training onto years of intuitive work. That education sharpened my formulations, making them intentional, structured, and rooted in both science and care.
Caregiving Reshaped Everything
When my other sister was diagnosed with cancer, I stepped out of business and into full-time caregiving. That season changed the way I understood the body.
Stillness became a tool.
Presence became a strategy.
And even in the heaviest moments, scent and gentle touch opened small doors back to grounding.
That lived experience is woven into everything I create now. It taught me that care is not a concept,
It’s a posture.
