All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us—we’ll do our best to assist you.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our handcrafted, personal care products, all sales are final once shipped.
However, your experience matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@tdmoils.com. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit where appropriate.
