3. Pricing & Availability Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

4. Order Processing & ShippingWe process orders within1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.We are not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

5. Returns & RefundsDue to the nature of our products, all sales are final.If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@tdmoils.com. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

At TDM Essential Oils, we take great care in crafting and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, we understand that, on rare occasions, items may be damaged during transit.

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

Email us at admin@tdmoils.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.​ Upon reviewing your submission, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, based on your preference and product availability.​

Please retain the damaged item and all packaging materials until your claim is resolved. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any issues with damaged products.
