Damaged Items Policy

At TDM Essential Oils, we take great care in crafting and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, we understand that, on rare occasions, items may be damaged during transit.

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

Email us at admin@tdmoils.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.​ Upon reviewing your submission, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, based on your preference and product availability.​

Please retain the damaged item and all packaging materials until your claim is resolved. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any issues with damaged products.
