How to use
Dispense a small amount into your hands and gently rub them together before applying. Apply across the front body, upper chest, just below the collarbones, shoulders, arms, or along the sides of the neck using slow, steady strokes. Pause occasionally and let the hands rest over the upper chest for a few breaths. Many people begin to notice their body settling and their breath becoming slower and steadier as the hands move across the skin.
Use after bathing, before rest, or anytime you want to bring gentle sensory attention back to the body.
