How to use

Dispense a small amount into your hands and rub them together. Apply across the front body, upper chest just below the collarbones, shoulders, arms, or along the sides of the neck using slow, steady strokes.

Pause occasionally and let your hands rest on the body for a few breaths, noticing sensation and aroma as it arise.

Use after bathing, before rest, or anytime you want to return attention to the body.
